What A Difference a Week Makes...

What a difference a week makes... We will go backwards with the pictures.
I got up this morning and got ready to go out for the first time since last Wednesday. Did my hair, put on LOTS OF MAKEUP, and Painted My Cast Bright Red!!! Tis the Season!!! Needless to say I got a laugh at the Dr. Office....
I figured have a little fun, Life is too short, Have A Good Time!!! Here I am with this young Intern (no Dr. in the week of Christmas of course) This was last night with no makeup, you can see where all the bruising has turned yellow all the way down my neck where it was so swollen.. But the swelling has really gone way down...

This was day two when I really didn't need any eyeshadow or eyeliner!!! LOL
But today is a great day after he cleaned my nose up and "I CAN BREATH" for the first time in years. I told Tom I just want to close my mouth and breath through my nose. That is going to take a little getting used to...
I am going to rest a little than Colleen is going to come get me for a little last minute shopping trip. I just need to get out of this house. The roads are finally clear after the 9-10 inches of show we got this weekend!!!
"MERRY CHRISTMAS"
Have a Good One,
Lynn

Hey Lynn,
Each year I try to have a beautiful Christmas picture on my desktop. This year there was no decision to be made...
Your Rudolph picture is on my desktop. When we come into the computer room....there you are in living color! :)

Lynn girl !
I'm sorry I haven't been here in a while and I was shocked to see what had happened to your face !
BUT .. as I caught up on what was going on .. I have to tell you that my husband went through the same surgery a couple of months ago himself .. his nose was a mess (sports injuries from school and being in the military) he could never breath through his nose for YEARS too !
The surgeon said it was even worse than he thought .. John had NO cartilage at the end of his nose .. the last surgeon screwed up badly .. no wonder my poor hubby had such a terrible time ..
BUT .. he too can now breath out of his nose (he still snores ? LOL) and it looks straighter too : )
I'm so glad you are feeling better because I saw first hand how it was. Thank you for stopping by my blog and keep feeling better girl ! We have garden season coming sooner or later ? LOL
Best Wishes for the New Year : )

Hi Lynn...How're you doing? Joe wants to know if your black eyes are gone? Do you still have pain? I want to know what crafty things are you doing? Are you having fun? When do you go back to work?
