This is a quick recipe today, it has been a long week My 83 year old mother has been in the hospital, my 83 year old father just got out of hospital last week. That is why I haven't posted this week. Mom should be home tomorrow. I just want them both better at the same time... This is mom's second time in hospital since Oct. So say a prayer for them & ME!!!

Lemon Cookies

1 Box Lemon Cake mix without pudding in mix
1- 12 oz. Extra Creamy Cool Whip
Powdered Sugar

Mix cake mix and Cool whip together.
Roll in 1- in. balls
Roll in powdered sugar.

Put on greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake 350 degrees about 10 minutes, cookies will not brown so just keep an eye on them. They freeze great and even taste great frozen!!

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND...
Lynn

Hi Lynn,
I hope that your parents can both get better. It is hard on the families who take care of them. A lot of stress at this time of your life. You want to be everywhere and take care of everything. I hope that you have help from other family members. Hang in there...you're in my prayers.

Yummy, quick and easy. I might be able to make these. Hope your parents will both be well soon. I know it is a worry and how it wears a person down. Prayers, Lona

Wonderful recipe -- I love the shortcut of the mix. Excellent.

I hope your parents recover quickly. My parents are 88 and 89 -- both have been in & out of the hospital this past year; I understand how stressful it is, so thanks so much for sharing this recipe in the midst of everything else that is going on in your life.
Best --- Cass
