I think we are ready!!!
Here I am showing the first group of children how to make our grass head people, each child was given a little baggie with grass seed in it and the instructions on how to make their very on little grass head person.. Then I read them a book on "How to Plant A Rainbow"...
Look how cute this little one is sitting on a bale of straw with her feet resting on pumpkin, while one of our members read to her!!!
This is my oldest daughter Colleen Interpreting in Sign Language the story being read in front of the Library...
The flowers in front of our Historical Society Museum are still in full bloom and looking beautiful...
Our town sponsors a Scarecrow contest every October and the Downtown area is full of really creative Scarecrows on lots of posts!!!
Here we have a few more Master Gardner's telling a story on how Pumpkins grow to some small children, they just loved this story.
We also gave out coloring sheets that had garden themes.
While another Master Gardner read to the older Children a wonderful book she had to share with them...

Hello, just want to let you know I made Lil's chicken and dumplings today. It was really tasty, but bless her heart it is time consuming I made a double batch. My father was over and he calls all dumplings dough balls, after eating these he said that was pretty good..Thanks for sharing the receipe.Have a wonderful week.
