Busy Week and lots of pictures...

It has been a busy week and we got lots of things done, and as always I took way to many pictures. Someone on Dave's Garden posted a question about grafting coleus and wanted to know if it could be done... Well here it is all taped up and ready to grow. This is a really easy process if you want to try this just go to this link...

click on pictures to enlarge It is wonderful having a bee keeper in the neighborhood, as long as I don't step on one. I hate to wear shoes around the yard...

This is the tipsy pots in front of the house by the street...
Ok another senior moment... I can't think what these are called but they are really big, red and blooming like crazy...
The tipsy pots are getting so big you can't even see the bottom two pots anymore. I love these pots and they grow like crazy...
Stokes Asters are really blooming, I love to look at the centers they are so interesting...
Especially up close...
Beans... Beans... and more Beans...
It is going to be a good green bean year...

I bought some PURPLE green beans this year just for fun, never thinking all of them would come up this good..
Even the stems and flowers are purple. I can't wait to see the beans...
Beans are blooming like crazy...

Miss Petunia is really starting to bloom...
I love her Irish Moss hair and Oat Grass spikes...

The attack of the Dogs, we went to help our daughter the other night plant some trees.. The dogs attacked me... The biggest and the smallest.
The Mastiff is a year old and 110 lbs. and wants to play like a pup... LOL
The little one is 5 lbs and just wanted to give the big one kisses, no matter who is in the way!!! LOL
We planted the spiral pines next to the porch and the Mr. Bowling Ball shrubs at the end of the sidewalk. While the dogs kept an eye on us... It is so quiet at her house, not another house in sight.

Have a Good Weekend...
Lynn

I planted a couple of those purple beans (hycinth?) this year too. Mine are slow growing so far. Loved your pictures!
